This is not a generic quote request. It is a fit check. Sarah Builds is for business owners, founders, consultants, and small teams with real bottlenecks, real budgets, and a real reason to build a better system. If your project is a fit, you will hear back with the recommended next step.

( How this works )

The goal is to match the problem to the right build path.

  • Build Plan — $750: for an idea or bottleneck that needs a clear map before anything gets built.
  • Build Sprint — $3,500–$5,000: for one focused process that is too expensive to keep doing manually.
  • Full System Build — from $10,000: for larger systems with more moving parts, workflows, integrations, or users.
  • No black box: before anything gets built, we define what done means, where the system lives, and what you own.

Not every project is accepted. That is how the work stays good. If your idea is not a fit, you will hear that directly.
